Joint Injections and First Remicade Infusion

Good Morning to everyone!

Today Kaylee is going to have joint injections in her ankles and possibly her

knees. She will also be getting her first Remicade infusion. We are hoping this

gets the JA and Uveitis under control quicker. She is nervous about the

Remicade, but I think she will be okay. She hates the Humira and having to do it

every week is really traumatizing. It is going to be a long day. We will be

leaving shortly to go to Duke, which is app. an hour and a half to two hour

drive. We have been making this trip quite regularly in the past few months. I

know some of your kids have had Remicade and are currently getting it.

Information from you all here has been very helpful in making the decision to go

to Remicade. Thanks for all the wonderful information and support you provide.
