I forgot who needed these, sorry :( but I know someone did. There is a

link in the links section under " Cervical Theraphy exercises " that has

several the PT gave me for my neck after surgery to help stretch out

muscles and relieve some of my post surgical stiffness I had in my

neck. Hope these helps, sorry I forgot who needed them. Brain-dead

memory as usual when I am tired and not getting enough sleep. Best
