Guest guest
Hi , For a long time I was having very hard ,almost violent muscle spams in my low back on the left side. They were so intense it would cause my whole body to jerk. Many times it would happen when I was trying to go sleep. I'd jerk so hard that my legs would actually come up off the mattress an inch or two. There were times that I would have them every few seconds for hours at a time. When it would finally stop I'd be totally exhausted and so sore that I could hardly move for several days. My doctor finally gave me something that has stopped them from happening. I take a muscle relaxer called CYCLOBENZAPRINE . I take a 10 mg tablet three times a day I've had very good results from them. When I take them I do not have the spasms like I did. The spasms are either very mild ,or I do not have them at all. I hope that this information has been of some help to you. MAY YOU HAVE A BETTER DAY TODAY THAN YESTERDAY AND NOT AS GOOD A DAY AS TOMORROW. TAKE AS BEST CARE AS YOU CAN AND BE SAFE. I have been having these now for quite a while and I don't know if it is a nerve problem or just what is causing these spastic, jerky muscle movements. I can have them anywhere in my body but they are most noticeable in my hands and arms. I will be typing away and all of a sudden my fingers will jerk off the keys or my hand will send the mouse flying across the screen. Sometimes I even click the mouse keys without meaning to do so. I frequently will have spasms at night when I first try to sleep. Then I will twitch and jerk for a while before relaxing enough to sleep. Any ideas about what is causing this? It is getting very aggravating!! in NC REMEMBER ALL OF OUR MEN AND WOMEN IN THE ARMED SERVICE OF OUR NATION PRAY THAT THEY MAY BE SAFE AND SOUND IN BODY AND MIND
