It's quite important to find out the whole story here. Don't please

don't, ever, think I want just the successes! It's VITAL we get the

failures reported.

1. It might be correctable and then works

2. It might be a waste of time, and we need to move on

This applies to all things, whether we think we've nailed it or not.

Many people have left off after having a failure that later turned out,

in a couple of years to be something we found and modified the

techniques so that it works. Other times we found that the device had

nothing to do with the condition, and other means were sought.

We need to know the TRUTH. There's no religion higher than truth.
