Couple notes: A1c at that level indicates a condition that

could mostly be controlled by diet w some meds. The

neuropathy can be temporary & mostly recoverable over a

period of a few wks when the trigger foods are found. If

your dietician authorizes diet soft drinks - fire the

incompetent. Check out www.dorway.com for why.

Rules of thumb: compile a list of those that get a rapid

BSL rise.

stay off starches - they get you a high glycemic index bsl

spike. Log those that do - potatoes, chips, cookies, cakes,

other bakery stuff, ... .

Stay off fried stuff - gets you hi trans fatty acids; body

doesn't process them, sludges your arteries, etc.

Eat lots of veggies; raw by choice; be selective of fruits -

some have hi G.I. values, keep a log to identify which

set you off, raise your BSL.

Watch for embedded MSG, nitrates / nitrites [hot dogs, pork,

lunch meats, other preservatives] that are hidden in

prepackaged foods or restaurant fare. Read every label; if

you can't understand it - don't buy it. [like ice cream -

reads like an explosion in a chemical plant].

Find a vision test range - might be a sign on the way to

work - mine is the song page # list from the farthest back

seat at church - verify no clarity degradation or have a

reason why.

Do a pH saliva / urine check at least twice a mo. s /b

above 6.5 always.

If below 6.0 - take action to raise it.

If below 5.5 - will sustain anaerobic metabolism, fungi,

yeast infestations can become chronic, encourages red cell

agglomeration, looks like stacks of poker chips during dark

field microscopy live blood analysis resulting in lots less

surface area available in lungs to absorb O2 along w large

reduction in capillary circulation - becomes a self

sustaining degrading feedback loop.

If below 5.0 - supports rapid tumor growth.

If below 4.5 - get your funeral arranged - it's imminent.

Joe.
