Circuit for this BAT device

I have a question for anyone out there who may be a better electronic tech than

I am. I read that if you alternate the current from POS to NEG by switching

the terminals from POS to NEG, this will keep STOP ionization from taking place,

and one may keep the device on longer time periods????

My question is, does anyone know a cheap simple CHIP or device that will change

and alternate the electric current from POS -NEG so many times per second????

What CHIP or WHATEVER does one use?

you can just wire in a DPDT toggle switch with a center-off, then reverse

polarity with that easily every couple minutes. stop at center-off briefly

to minimize spiking.

for circuits, you can find the Beck BE circuit on the web easily enough,

which changes polarity at 4hz, and modify it to change the timing to less

frequent. or check out V's godzilla/power pulse which is a better deal than

all the hassle of building and has current meter, control pot, and choice of

polarity switching at 4hz or 30 seconds. he offers a cheaper one with a

manual switch, no auto, also.
