A: 5 minutes before bedtime

A: cheeks, nose, sinuses area

RESULTS:

a. Symptoms (better, worse, unchanged)

much improved only snored once compared to constantly previous

nights. this happened twice in a row on two consecutive nights.

b. Signs (medical tests such as blood tests, etc) better, worse,

unchanged

Swelling and nasal blockage loosened up. airways freer

d. What do you see as advantages/drawbacks over other treatments?

works, ease of use, lack of apparent side effects, low cost

yup

g. Lessons learned for benefit of next user of treatment:

you don't need much, 5 or so minutes caused drainage and reduced

swelling and pressure.

h. Anything to add, people who helped, etc:

nope. I slept with her and was only wakened once after this

treatment versus constantly prior to it. great for just a few

minutes before bedtime!
