Guest guest Posted November 30, 2008 Report Share Posted November 30, 2008 I have read that plain old soap is the best thing to brush with. It cleans off the teeth and does not coat them with anything. Personally I use xylitol, a germ killing sugar, and soda. xylitol kills the germs that cause cavities and the soda alkalizes the saliva.
