Guest guest
I thought this might get some comment, Margo, thanks. Well the sponges can be wetted anytime, before or after assembly. In the 6 volt model you want to wring them out hard, they should be damp, not wet. In the 3 volt model, wet is ok and probably better, so don't try to get them so wrung out that you lose a lot of power. 6 volts is harsh usually, 3 volts is tame, in other words. 6 volts use damp, 3 volts wetter-than-just-damp. how's that? bG > > I have seen the slide show on youtube with the 6 volt lantern godzilla and I have seen the > pictures of the new easier to make godzilla with the AA, AAA etc. batteries > > Everything, for me, is very clear except one thing, and that is about the wetting of the > sponges. Guest guest
Prior to use the spunges need to be dampend. For wrist sponges I use a eye dropper and bottle with water then I put on just enough water to be sure the sponges are damp, no dry spots. Guest guest
Dear bG, Thank you for the clear and helpful explanation. Even I can understand this now.
