RE: HIV/AIDS patient attitudes

Hey bG. We have discussed this very idea on the MMS list. There are many

people that think viruses, being living things, have a need to survive. And

so they adapt and make people do things they wouldn't normally do, like

forget to take medicines, doubt their protocols (that kill the virus), make

them depressed. It's an interesting theory, which makes sense!!

Samala,

Ok, that may sound like bad actors, but.. I am wondering if this virus

tends to make them so? Could the virus stimulate the attitudes and

behaviors that lead to its own spread?

In other words, I am wondering if the attitudes are programmed with the

virus, and turn its victims into real victims who go into such despair

as to become apathetic and willing carriers par excellance?

i would think the prognosis in general and social stigma combined with all

the controversy about the origin, treatment protocols, etc etc, would be

enough to do it at least for awhile, especially if lover/friend/family

support isn't real good ... the stronger ones regain some equilibrium and

adjust to the situation with some different perspectives on life and

society.

physiological effects must be there too.

hep-C is bad enough in some of those regards, and when active/advanced for

absolutely certain creates adverse mental states ... HIV must be tougher

yet.... co-infected with both - ...gotta have something(s) really together

to make it.

As someone with CFS I know I constantly have to fight lethargy and

hopelessness. I have to push myself to be diligent about the protocols

and sometimes I fall off the wagon. " I'm too tired. I'll just sit here

and veg out. Why bother, it's not going to work any way, etc etc. "

sorry to hear that! have you considered doing whole body

electrification? using a conductive pad like the bubble wrap that's

aluminized on each side to make a lower sheet cover with a 12 inch

break in the middle. Attach to a 1.5-2.0 volt battery pack using

alligator clips. one clip to each half of the sheet? migth work.

you figure it out the details ok?
