Guest guest
Suzzette: When one has any kind of yeast infestations - there is a low pH / acid condition that has become systemic instead of just localized. In addition to what you mentioned - I've found that they may be hard to neutralize and typical methods don't get it done. See 'The Fungus Link', Doug Kaufmann, for extended explanations that work; also, 'The Germ That Causes Cancer'. He's a biologist, munches on M.Dieties' union rules, so they tend to contradict him instead of getting off their butts to see. 1. Change diet to emphasize foods having an alkaline residue after digestion; check your health food store for a reliable food list. Need minimum of 20% volume to get any improvement long term. 2. Diabetics / obese tend to that too; found that Gogi Juice worked for me - will need about x5 the maintainance level to get it recovered enough to stand a splurge, allow about 1 - 1.5 months for correction. Watch for decreasing periods of acid increases, taper off as it improves. 3. Once stabilized, can maintain it by diet alone, along w checking pH about every 3rd or so day; keep the juice handy for a month or so to get correction faster. 4. Noni does some good but seemed to take more. Joe.
