Guest guest
Hi, welcome, you are doing great with this so far and I think you will be pleasantly surprised. If you apply directly to a sore, and the sore is wet, it can allow a lot of current in, but I have not heard of any problems. Usually you can feel and will react. In my case I applied it that way for a long time and insisted on going on with it, which was stupid, so hours later I had some nasty spots. Check periodically for redness that is not the herpes,or pain. Yes, you can put the one electrode next to the sore and move them around it. You can touch red areas but if skin is broken down and wet, raw, etc, then avoid that. In a day or so that will close up and heal over anyway, so don't worry about it. The other electrode goes on the spine where the nerve for the area is connected. That is where the herpes virus hides. Nerves carry electricity, afterall, that is their job. So you " connect " to the nerve, touching both the outbreak area, and the nerve center in the spine. Don't just put two electrodes on the sore and expect herpes to be gone forever, it will come back down the nerve later. You could of course, put them on each side of the sore to reduce the sore temporarily, heal up the skin, etc. But after that, you then need to connect to both ends of the nerve as I mentioned, so as to contact ALL the herpes inside of that particular nerve. If you do that, you should not see another eruption again at that spot. There could be other nerves with herpes inside them, and you go one by one, like pulling weeds..in fact, the analogy is perfect, 'get the root'. The cool thing is that drugs do NOT get inside nerves very well, but electricity is tailor-made for nerves. Herpes is a nerve infection. These low levels of current should not hurt nerves, but they seem to utterly disable the virus! Muscle stimulators use a lot more voltage, but it's too brief to do any damage to the virus, so forget using them, they won't work. Graphic language here is fine. We are mature folks, maybe the few on the Internet? Let's get healthy, then maybe we could have a delicate little tea party somewhere. For now, I worry that delicacy could harm, so let's dispense with it, till the last germ is gone. bG > > Hello, > I've just purchased a 6v battery and 6ft wire to make an apprentice godzilla to try and treat my genital herpes. Guest guest
the idea is find the spot where the nerve for the area attaches. you can find this easily with anatomy chart of nervous system. the closer you come to the spot the more likely it will hit the herpes for that nerve. the facial area is somewhere behind the neck, for example, the groin area would be down near lower back. I don't think we have to be very precise at this, because the current will spread around a bit. But don't put behind the neck for the group outbreak, or the middle back. bG > > > > Hello, > > I've just purchased a 6v battery and 6ft wire to make an apprentice godzilla to try and treat my genital herpes. Guest guest
I think the groin area attaches above the tailbone, in the first few vertebrae. The lips are another matter. It seems there are all sorts of nerves in there, some appear to attach into the skull at base of the brain. So use the upper neck area. The " mental " nerve appears to go from the lower lip into the skull up under the brain, which would explain the correlation recently discovered between herpes cold sores and Alzheimer plaque formations. Herpes was found in the vast majority of these plaques. You can google all this easily, the words would be Alzheimer's herpes and University of Manchester. It's a wake up call to get rid of your type1 herpes simplex (cold sores) whether active or not. bG > > > > > > Hello, > > > I've just purchased a 6v battery and 6ft wire to make an apprentice godzilla to try and treat my genital herpes. Guest guest
lower spine near tailbone is where the nerves insert, but check this with anatomy of nervous system charts to be sure. Just follow the lines in the chart, in other words. The nerve is just like a wire, electricity will flow along it, all you need is to find both ends. bG > >> > >> Hello, > >> I've just purchased a 6v battery and 6ft wire to make an apprentice > >> godzilla to try and treat my genital herpes. Guest guest
Hi bG, thanks for the encouragement! I've built the Godzilla and have tried it out on my toes where I have a bit of Athlete's foot (I thought it would be a better place to try it out before putting it somewhere more sensitive). I couldn't actually feel anything, does this sound right? The wires to the battery have no cloth, they're attached straight to the battery. The cloth ends, I soaked in salt water. I've tried testing the volts from the battery with a volt meter, it seems ok. I also tried touching cloth ends with the volt meter, the reading was 5.67v. Would it be advisable to include the voltmeter in the circuit to check the current? Thanks Vicky > > > > Hello, > > I've just purchased a 6v battery and 6ft wire to make an apprentice godzilla to try and treat my genital herpes. Guest guest
I used it first on my infected toe, so can relate. Let us know how it goes with althlete's foot. I think that is a fungus and usually not very responsive, being a plant life thing. Some plants actually grow faster with electricity, and reports of DC current on fungus showed it speeded it up. Pulsed DC tended to reduce it, and AC left it alone. Not sure how accurate that would be in all cases, but just one study. You will find uses for your device, Jake, I'm sure, this one may not work. In any case, please let us know for our results files. In my experience the use of it begins to find more uses, especially if you periodically review the files, and sure enough it comes in handy. bG > > > > > > Hello, > > > I've just purchased a 6v battery and 6ft wire to make an apprentice godzilla to try and treat my genital herpes. Guest guest
Hi bG, thanks for reply.. Whilst using the godzilla on my toes the itching stopped for a couple of hours but then seemed to come back with avengeance. i think the relief might have been due to the salt solution on the electrodes maybe? I know that bicarb of soda is good for athletes foot. I didn't persevere with 'zillering it after that. I used apple cider vinegar which worked. I've just used the godzilla on a coldsore that has appeared 'downstairs'. I used it for 20mins, alternating electrodes every 5 mins. I think I could feel the current.. It was barely noticeable most of the time, but sometimes a bit uncomfortable. I will let you know what happens Vicky (I'm not Jake.. he is my partner. He is always logged into on my computer. Hope that's not too confusing!) > > > > > > > > Hello, > > > > I've just purchased a 6v battery and 6ft wire to make an apprentice godzilla to try and treat my genital herpes. Guest guest
DC has anesthetic properties. This may be why the feeling was less, then it came back. I don't use it on athlete's. Instead I try to wear sandals, and spray very lightly every so often with something in a can from the drugstore. bG > > > > > > > > > > Hello, > > > > > I've just purchased a 6v battery and 6ft wire to make an apprentice godzilla to try and treat my genital herpes.
