Hi Arnie,Wow - OK - hope I can help. I used the [simple] godzilla one, with the D batteries [actually two of them]. I put one on each side of my nose on the top, between lip & nose. I used + on one side and - on the other side and then switched the poles to whatever the opposite charge - each side about 10 minutes. I only did it for two (2) days because it was better.One side was swollen, but I thought I had read suggestions about using two (2) devices with the differing polarities on either side and then switching, so that it makes a circuit - hopefully with the "healing" current. I did try to put it directly on the gums, but it was too cumbersome and uncomfortable, so I proceeded to

apply to top of mouth on top of where the infection felt.You are way more sophisticated than I am - I am still confused about these newer developments with meters and potentiometers ! Although, to be honest, I haven't studied the diagrams and instructions diligently and then perhaps I could construct one.....For pain, you could try clove oil, essential oil, directly on gums. A couple of questions as to how you treated your swollen gums.

Did you place a electrode directly over the swollen are of your gums? And then the other eletrode was placed where?

Two times day for how many minutes?

Was your gogzilla with a potentiometer? Did you have it metered? Was it adjusted to .3 to .7 Ma, like BG recommends? Or other reading?

If you would answer as many of these questions as you can, I would be indebted to you. I have a pretty good size swelling and pretty painful.

OK - Well as I have not been to a dentist in quite a while and have just been coasting along so to speak, so I do not know exactly the situation of my gum problem.The last time I had consultations with a well known and respected (supposedly) teaching clinic, they wanted to take out all my upper teeth over 6 months-year, give me temporary dentures to the tune of $1,000 or so, and then get a permanent upper denture. Other than that, I have been using an ionic toothbrush (Dr. Tung's) that is supposed to repel plaque, and so I think/hope I am at least maintaining status quo with my remaining teeth. I will keep you posted on any further research.
