sponges can be in any state of wetness at any point, it really does not matter.

apply outside of cheeks, not into the mouth...electricity goes right through.

using pinch of baking soda will highly boost the output, rinse it out if too

high, adjust the amount till you feel it but not too harsh for you.

I used little make up sponges wrapped around the wire and

squeezed on with heat shrink tubing.

If the target (germ) area is the upper jaw/lower sinus area, wouldn't one sponge

(or whatever) need to be inside the mouth cavity? I understand that the other

sponge could be outside the cheek. Thanks again.

I have seen it at electronic hobby stores and automotive part

stores. I got mine in several diameters at Princess auto.

I got some from ACE hardware, but Radio Shack would also be a source.
