Building the device/Zapper

I've asked my son in law to build me one of these devices, I got a weird look telling me that a nine volt battery can kill!!!

He's an electrician so I thought this would be a simple matter for him knowing how to read blue prints. Well, I didn't get

it built so I'm wondering is there anything on You tube that would show me step by step on making a zapper?

With bladder carcinoma I would love to make one. I don't know if I've asked before or not but is a Tens unit the same, does it feel about the same with the shock? I couldn't stand anymore that this!
