Guest guest
most common cause is atherosclerosis which is off-topic here, but you could take a look at You Tube Dr. Joe Prendergast L-Arginine to find out more about the news on atherosclerosis. He has had no instances of it in 8000 diabetics over 20 years in practice. The Nobel Prize was awarded for this but so far no major research has been carried out aside from Dr. Joe's large practice. He has put 3 good cardiologists out of business in San Francisco due to lack of patients around his practice. I take L-Arginine and think it is indispensable. Best of luck, bG > > I have a friend with severe peripheral artery disease. Legs very dark red from calf to foot. > Someone told me of a DR. who used mild electricity for PAD. Guest guest
What I take exactly is Arginine-AKG powder from Swanson Vitamins, and a capsule of L-Citrulline also from Swanson, along with vitamins C, E, resveratrol, and spray Vitamin-D. The dose of Arginine-AKG has been around 6-8 grams a day in two doses am and pm. I have also used plain L-Arginine powder in the past but have found it very hard to take due to off-putting taste. Dr. Joe currently sponsors Cardio Cocktail by Foremor I think, and also Pro-Argi-9 plus. These are much more expensive than my formula but I have not tried them...so they could be worth more, I have no idea. Sometime I may order up some and try them out just to compare. I don't want a thread starting up on this, just mentioning it to answer a question from a long-time group member, I do that once in awhile. bG > > > > I have a friend with severe peripheral artery disease.
