I would use them after. You could alter things if electricity is used on the

topicals.

You can attach a number of sponge electrodes to the battery and treat a number of areas at the same time. For example 3 on the positive and 3 on the negative, and use velcro straps, Ace bandages, or tape to hold them on with.

I sometimes put my feet on one set of sponges and put another set on my cheeks. This treats my prostate and teeth at the same time. There have even been reports of treating a number of people at the same time from one battery and electrodes with long wires.
