Godzilla - Changing polarity

Please someone tell me why changing polarity is required. ive been doing it without changing polarity. Regards

electro-chemical changes occur too long in one polarity..sometimes joints get

sore. usually temporary, but to avoid it, we find reversing every 5 min or so

seems to do the trick. have fun, good luck, please post what you are doing this

for? we need lots of info for our files, good or bad or no change it all will

help us.
