Use of Sota Blood Electrifier

Hi! I'm new to this, so I hope for your patience. I've got the Sota Silver

Pulser, and while I enjoy using it for its intended purpose, the Godzilla makes

a lot of sense to me (especially for local use).

Does anyone know (or could someone recommend) whether that instrument could be

used (at least the electrodes of it) inside a sponge to apply locally? That way

I could put it on the face (for dental or sinus issues) or locations (other than

the wrists).
