Hey bg. What would the worst case senario be for toxic die-off overload. I'm not

a glutton for punishment, but I do have a few issues and would like to treat as

often as possible.

Skin breakouts? smelly urine? lethargy? What's the worst?

dieoff worst case; you're dead

less worse: smelly stools, gas, headaches, lethargy, personality changes.

lasting days

least worse: feeling a bit " off " , vanishes quickly

generally I cut back treatment doses when dieoffs occur, then increase them

gradually till i get return of dieoffs. you don't need dieoffs, they are just

an excess while body catches up. don't be hard on yourself. Beck said same

thing.
