Oh my, I would NEVER throw my device away.

I have a six volt lantern battery upstairs and 2 c batteries in series in my bedside drawer.  I have I think 4 different electrode set-ups floating around the house.  Differring length of leads - depending on what I want to do with them and one set rigged so I can attach my TENS unit pads but they lose their sticky so fast they are not ideal - but work pretty well with the C batteries for when I am reading in bed while treating my face/sinuses.

I have used them to assist in clearing a paraotid gland infection last fall.  I usually do 20 min treatments alternating every 5 mins once a day (at night) for a few days.  That is usually enough.

I also periodically use it to treat an issue of unknown diagnosis in my mouth/jaw area.  Periodically I start getting congested nose at night draining in the day - left side only, painful jaw - left side only and swollen sore glands - left side only.  Might be tooth related, might be sinus related, might be who the heck knows what.  BUT when it starts bugging me a couple of nights of 20 min sessions with pads over sinuses, jaw, glands, etc usually puts me in good shape for another few months.  What's amazing to me is the relief of the TMJ type symptoms too.  Sinuses stop filling up at night and draining all day, jaw stops hurting and the glands settle down.  Amazing really.  So it does not seem to be a cure, but then I am not exactly sure what the cause is either.  In fact I am due for another round soon, that area is starting to act up again.

Perhaps a few ideas for reports would be good.  I realize just saying " report " does not tell you what is needed.  So here are some reports you could write and you may not know they would be valuable:

1. I made my device it was easy.  (tells us it can be done, good to know people will be able to make the devices)2. I used it on a cold a year ago, it worked to reduce symptoms and speed up recovery.  The cold did not come back despite my going out without a coat.  (shows a definite improvement in a specific condition)

3. I have not reported in to the group for a year now, and am fine.  I had herpes.  (shows the permanence of treatment, if not a cure).4. I report in every year.  I have no illnesses and have used the device here and there for a cold or two, and an insect bite.  Everytime it speedily cleared up.

5. I used the device for my hep-c, but so far it has not worked.  (we might suggest improvements to technique here). These are reports you may have, but do not know you have them.  If you write in once a year, even if to say you threw the device away, it would be great!
