Guest guest Posted January 7, 2002 Report Share Posted January 7, 2002 Ray: Worry is debilitating - don't do it! I, too, have had little pain all of my life (I'm 46). The pain I did get was from poor joint alignment, knee hyperextension, one flat foot and one high arch which made my pelvis a bit higher on one side. My AFOs took care of most of that. A bad adjustment to the AFOs causes hip/back pain, but it gets fixed. Take each day and enjoy being pain-free. Melody > >> So, is the above correct?
