Ray, if you don't have pain, don't worry! Some do, some don't, others

like me, pain comes and goes, etc. Remember that article was general PN

and not CMT specific.

Ray: Worry is debilitating - don't do it! I, too, have had little

pain all of my life (I'm 46). The pain I did get was from poor joint

alignment, knee hyperextension, one flat foot and one high arch which

made my pelvis a bit higher on one side. My AFOs took care of most

of that. A bad adjustment to the AFOs causes hip/back pain, but it

gets fixed. Take each day and enjoy being pain-free.
