Guest guest Posted July 16, 2006 Report Share Posted July 16, 2006 Dear All,2 month ago we found my husband infected with hepatitis C and he did Biopsy of his liver ,the specialist said the liver has not damged a lot and she said my husband can do every activity and also he has not any diet , but she tested him for HIV also , we are too worried , my husnad became very thin 4 months ago and we suposed its because of his hard work. if he infected with both , is there any chance to treatment? best wishes for u all. He's been on HAART for two years and last we checked his viral load is below 50, as I just started Hep C treatment, the doctor suggested my husband think about starting as well. We went to his HIV dcotor who said that concurrent treatment is possible and has ben done in our country with good results.
