I had the pathology dept fax them to me...(I guess they didn't know I was the patient..oops!)Anyway, It reads..........<br>There are a few scattered areas of chronic lobular inflammation. These are quite small. The portal areas show only mimimal expansion by chronic inflammatory cells. The Trichrome stain show no evidence of any fibrosis beyond the portal area.<br>Diagnosis: chronic hep C with mild activity and no fibrosis. Thats what it says...sounds pretty good to me.
