Good luck. jenny

Guest guest
My leg cramps (charlie horses) have been pretty much eliminated by doing a series of stretches at least every other day. I don't put unnecessary strain on my legs, I simply do " gentle " stretches - just enough to feel the stretch, but not to the point of severe pain. You can come up with your own stretches, or perhaps a PT can give you some ideas. I know some of them even recommend resistance bands. Good luck! ----- Original Message ----- From: laylamp <velampi@...> < > Sent: Monday, January 21, 2002 7:56 PM Subject: [] charlie horses > My husband Layne' CMT started in his lower arms and hands. Guest guest
Yes I hate leg cramps! That was one the things that started happening first but none of the doctors thought it to be related to the CMT.....errrrrr.... But anyways, I take Quinine tablets.....at night..they come in tablets of 260 milligrams...my neuro said they are kind of a homeopathic sort of medication used......anyhow they seem to be working great at this point in time! I had some probs getting adjusted but that's because I am hypersensitive to meds.... Hope this helps....shannon ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less! Join Juno today!
