CAN AGGRAVATE CMT SYMPTOMS, SO HENCE THIS LIST IS FOR ANYONE WITH CMT TO

1. LEAVE THE HOUSEKEEPING TO OTHERS

2. TALK ON THE PHONE TO FRIENDS TO VENT

3. DO LIGHT GARDENING OR INDOOR GARDENING

4. ENGAGE IN OTHER LIGHT HOBBIES

5. TAKE MEDICATION IF WARRANTED

6. PLAY WITH/AND OR PET DOGS, CATS OR OTHER ANIMALS

7. WRITE IN A JOURNAL

8. TAKE A GOOD LONG HOT BUBBLE BATH OR USE LAVENDER SALTS

9. AT FAMILY GATHERINGS USE PAPER PLATES AND CUPS

10. MAKE FAMILY GATHERINGS 'POT LUCK' EVENTS

11. USE EARPLUGS TO KEEP NOISE OUT

12. KEEP ALL FAMILY EMERGENCY AND MEDICAL INFORMATION UP TO DATE AND IN

A SAFE PLACE.
