Guest guest
at the time I was doing everything wrong. I was going to the gym three times a week as well as exercising at home. At this time I had no idea I had anything seriously wrong with me - just thought I had funny shaped feet and legs. But this sort of exercise due without the supervision of a doctor who knows about CMT is bad. Go with what your doctor says but don't as he says overdo it. Hope this helps. Love Sue PS You should have seen me in the aerobics class. 'Stand on my leg.' she'd say 'and bring your other knee up across your chest' Even in those days - fat chance - LOL The important thing is never to stop questioning.
