at the time I was doing everything wrong. I was going to the gym three

times a week as well as exercising at home. At this time I had no idea I had

anything seriously wrong with me - just thought I had funny shaped feet and

legs. But this sort of exercise due without the supervision of a doctor who

knows about CMT is bad.

Go with what your doctor says but don't as he says overdo it.

PS You should have seen me in the aerobics class. 'Stand on my leg.' she'd say

'and bring your other knee up across your chest'
