Could be, Susie, in my younger days my muscles would get jumpy

(and spastic) from too much strain; we are all different. Had this

checked out by a neurologist? ~ G

i get alot of twitching at the end of the day

especially if i worked all day and was on

feet. i have to take pain meds so they ease

up and let me go to sleep.

ThanksDeb

that is just about my story, even my uperarm muscles

twitch especially when on the PC reading and/or

replying to about 80 messages aday.

anothe note, I have the cane and it seems to be more a

bother than a help, I trip over the thing if I am not

watching where I step and slows me down to much. My

retired Doctor that I cook for 3 times a week now,

sujected the three wheeler walker with brakes, if I

feel as if I am falling I can put pressure on the

handles of the walker and stop/steady myself. Maybe I

can have a race with these little old folks at the

Residenecy where I have a blood pressure clinic. They

all shoot along and get where they want when they

want. They are so precious and fun.

If no one ever visits a Sr. Citizen Residency or Day

Care facility they should. These folks have a lot

more to offer in guidance (espescially on being slower

than they used to be) than you would think.
