A great sister? Sure. But one who is a pain in the ass?

Absolutely!!!

My two nieces and one nephew (her kids) refer to me as the Aunt From

Hell. Can't figure out where that came from. Duh.

Would you want me riding your case every time you turned around because

I feel -- in my bones -- that you have eaten or swallowed something you

shouldn't with your HCV?

You have NO idea the screaming that went on for me to get her to give up

her much loved Capuccino with brandy! I finally calmly explained to her

that for every swig of that stuff she swallowed, she was deducting ONE

year from her life. Was I lying? Who knows. Did it sound plausible?

Sure. Scare the shit out of her? Yep! Did she finally give it up? Of

course.

So tell me, Diane, would you really want a nightmare like me riding your

butt every time you turned around?

Warm hugs,

What you have is self-sacrificing , unconditional love. I sure would

love you as my sister. I have three sisters and four brothers and only

my eldest sister and my baby brother seem to care. They care enough to

fuss at me when I don't feel like eating and force it at me. They make

sure I take my medication when I tired of the headaches they cause and

don't want to take it. I spent christmas break with them in Tenn. and

they cared enough to fuss at me for my good. They do love me enough to

take the chance I might fuss back. I of course try not to complain to

much about the headaches and tiredness, but they love me

unconditionally. I love them too.

My Mother and Dad who are living with me care enough to fuss at me too.

I am thankful for every time my Mother brings me my medication and tells

me to take it or else. She knows I do want to make it to take care of

my children. My son now does the same thing. Zach copies them. He

remove the salt out of my reach and tells me that I can't have it. He

will put his hand on one hip, point his finger at me with the other hand

and says " salt makes you swell and you can't have it. I mean it. If you

get it I'll spank you and you can't get on the computer either! " Mom

and Dad have taught him well. My son prays every night that God will

let me get a new liver or make the one I have new again. Faith of a

Child.

you can be my sister anytime. You have just been adopted.

Claudine, Connie, Alley, Winnie and a lot of others have become like

sisters to me. Thank you so much for all of you love. I am keeping my

sanity because all of you have written me and given me support. I pray

that I can always do the same for you. All of you are very dear and

loved by me.

I don't mean to be mushy, but I am just telling the truth.

Hugs and Prayers,

Virginia
