I do want to share about an exercise that I have been doing that has helped me greatly-Pilates! It is a mat based exercise (although there are machines that can be used) Anyway, I go to a local studio and take classes . It can get expensive so any Pilates video will do! It is great for CMT patients, like myself who are looking for a low impact workout that focuses on toning and flexibility.
