Hello Everyone,

I would like to agree with Gretchen's statement. If I experience more than my

normal share (whatever that is) of stress, anger, fear and worry my CMT does

tend to flare up. It may be several days after experiencing some of the listed

feelings, but the disease rears it's ugly head! Usually, I just need to rest

more. I too am working on the stress and anger issues (an 18 yr. old can push

these buttons), but it is an ongoing battle since I am a Type A personality as

well. But, we all have our crosses to bear....life goes on!

A special thank you to Gretchen for creating and forging ahead. Many of

us have been helped through this list. Thanks!
