Guest guest
Hi Everyone, It's sure been quiet on here for months. I'm glad that broke the ice. I hope everyone is improving. I have just launched a new web site called fixtheneck.com. This contains directions for the exercise that helped the pain in my neck. Even though I have bad arthritis at several levels and stenosis (my latest Mri scan (one picture) and report are on the website), a lot of my pain (even the trigger points in my shoulder blade area, inflammatory problems with neck muscles and rotator cuff problems was from having long term hunched over posture. On the web site I've included the exercise that helped my neck and posture exercise for the whole body as well as information from a professor of physical therapy in Australia with the best program on treating neck pain that I've seen. Wish all our Physical Therapists here in the U.S. followed her program. Anyway please visit it and get back to me with feedback and corrections. I'm sure it will need corrections. Also, I am accepting patient stories of successful programs and tips on how to help neck and back pain. And will publish them on the site. So if you have one or know of someone who was able to lower their pain even with surgery and physical therapy, that will be good. fixtheneck.com Thanks, Rochelle
