New Doc, Pain and need info to take

I have an appt with a Rheumatologist tomorrow because my (bleeping)

Neuro wouldn't help me and they thought I had myositis because of the

elevated CPK, but now thanks to the information given to me in this

group (THANK YOU) I know now that is because of the CMT. Anyway, I

am hoping that perhaps this Rheumy might be sympathetic to my cause

and perhaps (maybe) be someone who will help me with the pain I am

having until I can see a Neuro who knows something. (I think there

are those out there somewhere, right??) I would like to be able to

take something with me that would identify CMT, and the symptoms

(especially the potential for pain, some of the information I find

says there is no pain.... yea right). Any ideas, websites etc?
