Guest guest
Susie, the potassium I took during my teens was 1) liquid 2) prescribed, and 3) NOT in the health food stores. It was something special, a fizzable tablet dropped in water, turned the water a beautiful gold color and I drank 2X a day. I still get my blood levels checked for chemical depletion on a regular basis. ~ G
Guest guest
Doc gave me a prescription of potassium for muscle cramps a while back when I was trying to lose weight and taking a diuretic for water retention, Lost 25 lbs. but ate lots of Tomatoes and Banana's instead of taking the pills. he he he... still have the pills. wwith orders to take them if the muscle cramps get too much.. but I also have neurontin and am almost afraid to mix them... I am scared to death of meds anyway. almost ODed one time because of pain in my back (fractured vertabrae and ruptured discs) Don't ever want to do that again,,,, YUK!!!!! not a pretty or pleasant site or way to go out of this world. --- Gretchen Glick <liliwigg@...> wrote: > Susie, the potassium I took during my teens was 1) > liquid 2) prescribed, > and 3) NOT in the health food stores.
