Guest guest
Hi Karon, Tina here, again just my opinion.:-) I also like an occasional glass of wine, now I don't drink it very often myself, but I think unless you are drinking excessively like 4 or more glasses a day, one glass PROBABLY will NOT hurt your CMT. I am sure it is best to avoid alcohol, in any case, but Wine is also used in churches, and it has blood purifying qualities as well. I would sugest you bring this question up at your next Dr. visit to be safe and sure. But I do not see how one glass with your dinner will harm you myself. Again, just my opinion. Take Care, Tina:-)
Guest guest
Hello Karon, I personally do not drink alcohol on a regular basis (perhaps one mixed drink every two or so months). I believe anything in excess can be harmful, and not knowing what your limitations concerning alcohol are, I could not advise you. As mentioned in an earlier post, you might check with your doctor. If in doubt, I would not drink. Just my opinion. Take care. > > CMT means (we) Can Manage This! And Quality sharing of living positive > lives with our common disease is our goal!
