Hi all - just thought I might bring some good news to the group.  Despite having

some pain I am sure is coming at least in part form my neck and some occasional

lower back issues, I had a check up form  one year ago having a L2-S1

Laminectomy/foraminectomy and from posterior cervical fusion from 2 1/2 years

ago...X-rays for both look great according to my surgeon and I do not even need

to see him again unless I have recurrence of Pain or symptoms!

WOOHOO!

He said the cervical fusion was so good there is no way any pain will come from

that!  It did look good!

Hoping for good results and pain free days for you all.

Now on to a knee replacement in a week and a half :/

Hey Mark, that's good news about your pain level. I found out last month

that I have 5 discs in my neck that are herniated. I am to see a

neurosurgeon in Nov.about it. I have had neck pain for the last 28

years.I have not had any type of surgery, yet. I am so tired of the pain

that I'm ready to almost try anything. If the doctor wants to do

surgery I am going to wait until next summer. I'm going to school and

don't want to miss any time so I can graduate in May of next year.

Well,I'v said enough. Take care and MAY YOU HAVE A BETTER DAY TODAY THAN

YESTERDAY AND NOT AS GOOD A DAY AS TOMORROW.Larry
