RE: Welcome Stuart

Thanks for sharing your most interesting introduction

and life with CMT and in spite of it; what an

inspiration to us all; What list were you a part of? I

am a member of several including CMT-Support and

didn't recognize your name and surprised I haven't met

you before. Sorry they didn't suit your needs.

Glad you've joined us here at ! Hope you will

share some of those unique photos you've taken of your

Lego creations; my son age 10 would enjoy seeing them

for sure. He loves buidling blocks and being creative,

engineering things all the time. He has CMT1X as do I

an my 8 yr old daughter. We LIVE fully, inspite of CMT

too!

sincerely Libby

Stuart,

Welcome to , we are happy that you have chosen to become a member. Feel

free to share your personal experiences and questions regarding CMT. We have a

wonderful group of members who are willing to help in any way we can.

I enjoyed your introduction. It is always nice to " know " something about

members...thanks for sharing. I am a 42 years old, a homemaker, married, I have

one biological son, three step-children, and one grandchild. I was diagnosed

with CMT late in life at age 36. The disease came from my mother's side of the

family. My mother and my only (older) sister have CMT. I have had two

surgeries..one on each foot within the last year and a half. I have been well

pleased with the outcome.

Again welcome, and I look forward to your posts.
