Guest guest
Hello, I know having cmt is not very fun sometimes and can cause sadness and guilt. I have been there myself. Yet CMT is not all of whom we are. I know for me I am a mother, a writer, a helper of many people, a serious person, a gentle person, a person who can laugh, or cry. Focusing on whom we are besides just CMT is important getting to know who I am each and every day makes life worth living. The confidence factor can sometimes cause severe depression and overall anger inside. However, I must learn to do what I can to improve my life and not to stay stuck in " Oh poor me I have CMT " . Instead, I like to remember, " My life is worth living I am a gift, I am here to serve a purpose (not sure what that is yet that is why I am here). CMT has made me whom I am today. I have to learn to rest when it is time, to put my energy into things I enjoy. To remember that all of life is beautiful and glorious if we only take the time to taste each and every flavor and be what we want to do and please ourselves first. I enjoy writing tremendously and trying to work together to support one another on this list as we all have a connection and bond that should bring us together not break us apart. Life is not always positive, this I realize, I also know life can be so challenging:raising families, working, struggling to make ends meet, worrying about tomorrow, etc. Yet, somehow I have always managed to make it through. Yes I have shed many tears and displayed anger at the world, yet this anger did not accomplish any tasks other than getting myself upset and making the situation worse. I have learned to find outlets in my life when I feel angry such as writing, sharing, exploring new ideas to manage my anger. It is frustrating having CMT yet I can not make it go away nor can I change it so the best I can do is LIVE. Life is too short to be in such anger, sorrow and sadness. Listening and feeling is my gift and I know that I shall always love people, maybe I don't always agree with them, yet I know deep inside all of us is a special person wanting to be awoken and loved. Thank You, Heidi
