about CMT ribbons and info

i am interested in getting a ribbon and what ever other info there is

to gain from the foundation...... how would i go about getting

that? i will be printing out this file and handing it out to some of

the doctors in my area to help get the word out about CMT starting

with my sons doctor lol. so many illnesses in this area are over

looked and not given the attention it needs. thanks in advance for
