CMT people living in New York transportation advice needed

Hi,

I am travelling to New York from Scotland on the 17th of March and have

been trying to contact the Yellow Cab company without any success. I need

to know if they can accomodate a wheelchair as well as luggage when I travel

from Newark airport to my hotel on Broadway. I also need to know if the

subways are accessable with a wheelchair and also the buses. In short what

is the best way to travel round Manhattan in a wheelchair.
