Hi ,

What a nice vacation you have planned! Have you got a travel wheelchair,

or at least look into using ones the airlines have. Also, when I travel,

believe it or not, I try to stick to the SAME schedule I have at home,

like for eating, sleep, maybe naps. It helps.

When I get to where I am going, I stay awake until it is time to go to

sleep, or at least darkness in my new spot. Immediately resets my body

clock. I also drink more water than usual and do not plan but one major

activity for the first 2 days.

From my experience it is quite normal to be apprehensive and even

fearful, or just plain excited! (Excitement masquerades sometimes!) Also

maybe not trying to sel ALL of NY and Orlando on this trip, but get on

the Internet, and mark out what YOU want to see/do. Then when husband

and daughter want to do more and other stuff, go back and rest a while.

In other words, make a plan of somekind before hand.

This helps me.
