Guest guest Posted May 28, 2008 Report Share Posted May 28, 2008 My heart is utterly heartbroken. My mom passed away this morning Central Standard Time. She was 84 years old and had been together with my dad since when they hid in the same cave during World War II in the Pacific. My mom and Grandpa (R.I.P. 1974) where the only ones in the family to survive the brutality of war. Her last remaining sister died in 1949. She was never the same since my dad passed away in 2003. I know she is up there with my dad for they are true lovebirds. She lived a full life in spite of all the trials and tribulations. I really miss her. I last saw her in 2003. I am making travel arrangement to go to the Western Pacific for her funeral. My sister is still inj hospital. Please keep us in your T & Ps. They are badly needed now.
