Suzy - I don't know about the law but I know that in the Paxil case,

we'd like to have informed consent... Barth is working on

that.. or was. I thought it was a great outline of what to ask one's

doctor (if they still use doctors...). Very concise and clear. It'd be

great to have a lawyer onboard here... I'm trying to persuade my

cousin, a lawyer, to join us... don't know.
