Hi Gretchen!

Ross hates taking any form of drugs / tablets,(even if

he is dying from a headache!) but if I can convince

him to start swimming with me I am sure one multi

vitamin he won't even notice!

I have told Ross about the group and he is always very

interested, unfortunately he has no access to a

computer from work or from our home, i only write

from work.

But I will tell him to try on his off days!
