Guest guest
Kayelinda, have you been working with an OT or PT about this? Even tho my w/c time was short and I was a kid, I had a PT working with me while in casts and in the w/c and also made me stand first 5 minutes at a time, to stretch my back and other muscles. Maybe if you don't have some help, the Visiting Nurse Association in your area could best direct you and just get you up to stretch your spine. Maybe first a heat pack to relax the muscles? Good luck and easy does it, ~ Gretchen kayelinda wrote: > > I need some advise, I have been in a wheel chair for 1yr. and mt > lower back is starting to hurt real bad I don't know what to do.
