IN ITALY IT IS NOT USED, ALSO BECAUSE NEUROPATHIC PAIN IS QUITE RARE IN REAL CMT DISEASE (AND CAN BE TREATED BY TEGRETOL OR NEURONTIN) AND FOR JOINT PAIN (MORE COMMON) WE TAKE NON-STEROID ANTIFLOGISTIC DRUGS, PHYSICAL THERAPY, THERMAL BATHS.
