Guest guest
Good Morning to all! Our family has been very busy the last couple of weeks trying to get moved into a new residence. The " new " place has needed a lot of painting and etc. We moved the bulk of the house and our draft horses this weekend. I have been very fortunate for several good friends and family members. I was unable to do most of the painting or standing on ladders for cleaning. The muscles in the back of my legs-knees to feet have been unbelievably painful. I've been getting cramps in my calves too, especially if I have been sitting on floor too long packing boxes. I have been taking 800 mg. of Ibophren around the clock but it hasn't helped very much. My feet have been extremely sore too. I tried wearing a different pair of shoes with my orthodics in them but that didn't help a lot either. Climbing steps has been a real chore by the end of the day too. We were lucky to have several young nieces & nephews over the weekend help carry boxes down steps. I've really noticed I'm having trouble with my hands too. I would try to carry some of the boxes and loose my grip and drop them. It is really frustrating!!!! Ten years ago we moved and I didn't have very much probems then...can sure tell I'm aging and CMT is progressing! Thanks for listening! JaneGet more from the Web.
