Now that you are home what kinds of things help you manage the fatigue? I am curious as to what you plan to do with yourself now. Do you have hobbies that interest you? How are you able to support yourself financially? I have been at home for 4 months now, and I am not finding any correlations between over use of muscles and fatigue/pain, or weather and fatigue/pain, or diet and fatigue/pain...I just seem to have good days and bad days. Sometimes the good or bad days come in clumps of 3 good days, or 3 bad days, or 1 good 2 bad, or whatever. The only thing I do notice is when muscle cramps or twitches keep me awake at night, I almost certainly have a bad next day. And I haven't pinned down what I am doing that day to cause the cramping and twitching at night. I have been followed by an orthopedic surgeon(not the same one) for most of my life with many palliative surgical procedures on my feet, and AFO's and orthotics. But I am scheduled to see a neurologist next month, so hopefully he will have something to suggest. I haven't seen one since I was diagnosed at the age of 7 in 1973. I will post what I find out from him, then. But for now, I am curious what you find helps you. Thank you, Joyce __________________________________________________
