Over the past few months, every once in awhile people

bring up things like how much they enjoy walking. Is

that something that most of you out there are able to

do? I used to love to walk a few years back, up to 4

miles a day. Now I can barely walk at all. If I go

mall shopping, I need my wheel chair. If I walk a few

yards, I need my cane. I miss walking - I loved it.

I exercise at least 3 times a week with a hydraulic

weight and stretching program, but that's about all I

can do. I'm 44 years old, and weigh 130 pounds. Even

though I'm certainly not overweight, would taking off

10 pounds help? Could AFO's be the answer? Anyone

out there in the same boat? Thanks!
