You're in the right place! Several years ago (about age 44) I too started using only Olive oil in my diet. At the same time I began eating much more fruit and drinking only Artesian water. I am so happy that the changes you made for your daughters have been so positive in so many ways! Again, welcome to the group and we look forward to hearing even more good news about your daughters. ~ Gretchen Acceptance and gratitude are the keys to living positive with CMT! knows CMT does NOT affect our brains or intellectual capacity! Guest guest
Thanks, Jan. Were you able to lick (no pun intended) your cravings and if so, do you mind my asking how? [ ] Welcome Judy Hi Judy....welcome to the group. Its interesting to read of everyone's struggle to get rid of the pred weight. I remember terrible cravings for sugar and I used to scoop up a teaspoon of sugar from the sugar jar & eat it. Its a wonder I didnt end up with diabetes. Love Jan
